Man attempts to kidnap six-year-old on NYC Street. Parents intervene. Video in link.

I searched the word kidnap and the name of the assailant.
I saw a more extended interview of the kid. He appears to be on the spectrum. I wonder if the guy targeted him because of his delays.

Parents weren’t even in the video shot when the kid was snatched up….

You searched for the name of the assailant but you didn't put the name of the assailant in your post. Perhaps putting the name in there would make it easier for the next person to find it.

He was mercifully taking her to get her name changed. The collective IQ of all for involved was maybe 75.
