Used the bankhead tunnel every trip through mobile for the last 15 years. Never had traffic once. Yall nerds had no idea there were 2 tunnels under the river

Tires pulled out of parking lot at 7:30, had to stop for gas by The Warf and then the wreck before Spanish Fort kept us tied up for 30-40 min but we are making great time including the kids bathroom stop. Just passed through Gulfport

The new bridge is going to be built in a few years. The height clearance over water is gonna be the tallest in the u.S.. 225ft above the river.
