Actually tried looking it up. Doesn't appear to be super expensive. Seems Tesla charging stations come in at a dramatic lower cost that other installations. Not sure about that. I just glanced over some info from google.

So you have to drive to the middle of bumfrick California to sit and wait for your car to charge? No thanks.

It's good to have options, though, which is all most sane people have been saying. Maybe stations like this will lead to a better charging infrastructure but that is a mighty big footprint.

That is the equivalent of two gas pumps at a gas station on a 50x50 ft lot.

The Lost Hills exit is off I-5 on the route from the Bay to LA. They have all of the big truck stops and gas stations there as well.
