Everyone knew this would be hard to pass last year and should have been broken apart for better results. Now we have this shite. It may pass eventually and it may be a decent bill but it’s still an omnibus piece of shite filled with pork.could have been so much better.

And that is all it ever will be.

I support single issue legislation.
There is some great things in the bill but I think it could have been presented a lot better.

False, if you don't pass this in the CR it would be subject to filibuster. That's why they can't break it up.

Because you can’t pass anything unless it’s comprehensive. I hate it but they won’t pass just the critical items. It’s a broken system.

I think every bit of legislation that involves appropriations should be limited to 25% of the total expenditures of the federal government. Said differently, it would take a minimum of 4 bills to legislate appropriations for the federal budget.

No. They claimed to hate omnibus bills. And they’d have shite on everyone who voted for one if it were any other administration- especially a Democrat one.
The truth is they love big spending and debt increases IF Trump tells them they love it.
They have no real political philosophy or ideals or principles except whatever Trump wants at any given moment. Trump worship is their only philosophy and they’ll shite all over any other value they ever claimed to hold for him.
If Trump changed his stance and wanted open borders, tomorrow, they would, too. And they’re fricking liars if they tell you anything different.
They’re MAGAcrats- no different than Democrats. They love big, wasteful spending.

Not possible.

I do hate omnibus bills.
It’s shitty and and bad form of governance.
Problem is, we always seem to have narrow majorities. Same with when Dems have it.
So these omnibus bills are the only way legislation ever gets passed to not trigger a 60 vote threshold.
Doesn’t make it right, but it’s the mode of movement we seem to only have

Did you know the French associate this name with being a gay man much like people in the United States view a man named Bruce as being a fig?
Just imagine being thought of as a fig by people in France

Whatever it takes to remove the fiscal power from the federal government ....I'm willing to listen.

Not a fan of these huge omnibus bills
With social media, there’s so much room for confusion from the detractors
But this is how stuff is done and we just have to deal with that.

Does not exist with the 60 votes required. Sorry.
