I think we have the personnel to do it.

1. 5th-year senior QB

2. multiple talented, experienced studs at WR (also our TE room is superior to 2019)

3. we should have a very good offensive line at each position with the addition of the transfers.

4. Caden Durham can serve as our Clyde Edwards-Hellairie.

5. Harlem Berry and JT Lindsey can add some punch as freshmen like Ty Davis-Price and John Emery did as freshmen.

Good times are coming!

Do we have the two best WRs in the NFL together on a college team again?

Steve Ensminger & Joe Brady > Joe Sloan

Burrow > Nuss

2019 WR > 2025 WR

2019 OL > 2025 OL

But you are correct, I think the TE and RB rooms could be better this year.

2019 Offense
Total Offense: 7,775 yards
Passing Yards: 6,024 yards
Passing Touchdowns: 60
Rushing Yards: 1,751 yards
Rushing Touchdowns: 26
Points Per Game: 48.4

If we accomplish 80% of that we will have a chance at a natty.

We don't have the OL. No where close. Every other position is less than what the 2019 team was.

I know that OLine got all types of awards but Burrow made them look a whole lot better than they were by getting rid of the football quickly

They had decent games but also gave up a ton of pressures also.

If Nuss can progress and get rid of the ball quickly, it can hide a lot of problems on the o line

No, it's gonna take the o-line some games to jell....that's what concerns me most about the first game. Clemson's d-line is their strength.

Our WRs are not elite as JJ and Chase.

We have better depth though? Lots of weapons but no true #1 honestly.

I think Treydez could be the X factor for us this year. I also think Kyle Parker was on his way to breakout before his injury. Let’s see what happens. Lots of potential for the whole group

Hilton and Brown - stretch the field speed guys
Anderson and Thomas - shifty, slot type
Nic Anderson and Treydez (considered a WR type) red zone height

Seems like we have a variance in WR types

6 O linemen on that roster, 4 of whom were juniors or seniors, are on active NFL rosters right now. They were better than you are trying to give them credit for. Not to say that Joe didn't help them look a little better, just not a whole lot better, they were an outstanding O-line

These are the current NFL players and their classification as of 2019.

Damien Lewis - Senior

Saahdiq Charles - Junior

Austin Deculus - Junior

Lloyd Cushenberry III - Junior

Ed Ingram - Sophomore

Anthony Bradford - Freshman

This is definitely true.

This is some good hype. I need to see it to remotely partly believe it. Let's wait til Oct to discuss.
