So there is actually an app available now that alerts people if ICE is within 5 miles which is obviously obstruction. Will be interesting to see how this pans out.

If citizens are posting public information, what's the problem?
Do you think people who use Waze should be prosecuted for similar obstruction?

I’d laugh my arse off if it were some sort of honeypot
Heyyyyy give us access to your real time location so we can totally “warn” you if ice is in the area.
Gives ice the information they are now legally in possession of because a bunch of illegals pressed “accept” on the terms and conditions when they downloaded the app

How does knowing the location of government employees obstruct justice?

I saw this earlier. Seems to be obviously illegal.

Not the same thing.
This would be more like helping someone hide from a warrant, which is obstruction.

How is a speeding ticket that effectively changed your driving habits just money generation for the state as you claim?

Citizens aren't obligated to help law enforcement in the United States.

It does not.
This seems akin to flashing your headlights to warn motorists that a cop is ahead - which is protected speech.

Reports that several firefighters have been ambushed and shot while responding to what appears to have been an intentionally set brush fire near Coeur d'Alene in Northern Idaho. Police are said to said to currently be in a firefight with one or more suspects shooting down from a hill towards first responders, with assistance being requested from Spokane, Washington.
Knowing ICE locations places their lives in jeopardy.

And CNN helped them get caught and deported.
That would be the most CNN thing ever.

Aiding and abetting. Charge them and arrest someone.
Not sure if it qualifies for obstruction...but definitely above.

If you watch the video of the CNN segment in the OP’s link, you will see the app developer. He certainly looks like your typical anti-American lib.

We should install it and report false info to the point where it is useless.

But they are obligated to follow the speed limit in school zones, otherwise they face a fine.
You know this because you got said fine. Then you came here and complained that it was simply money generation AND IN NO WAY MAKES THE CITY SAFER while simultaneously admitting that because of said ticket, you have changed your driving driving habits to no longer pass the school zone, effectively making the city safer.
Care to clarify your position or continue to ignore?

Firefighters are generally municipal or county/parish employees, not federal agents. Apples and oranges.
