We’d have to hear the audio but it looked like a pincher move and it looks the dude in blue was moving in on him.

I am going to believe the lifeguard 100% of the time.
I doubt this dude waited 55 years to just start randomly murdering innocent teenagers.
Chicago "teens" is all I needed to hear about who the bad guys were.
Regardless, he's probably going to jail. They probably threatened him verbally but that won't be enough since they didn't attack him yet.
