I was gonna say popeye but grok is right, hes probably 150-200lbs.

Grok says the warners from animaniacs although i have no clue who that is

quote:

Determining the "pound for pound" strongest cartoon character is tricky since it implies comparing strength relative to size or weight, but most cartoons don’t provide precise metrics for this. Still, based on feats of strength, implied power, and relative size, **Yakko, Wakko, and Dot Warner** from *Animaniacs* stand out as top contenders.

### Why the Warners?
- **Size and Weight**: The Warners are tiny, toon-like kids, likely weighing less than 50 pounds each. Their small stature makes their feats even more impressive when judged "pound for pound."
- **Strength Feats**: In *Animaniacs* (1993–1998) and its reboot, the Warners regularly perform absurd, reality-defying acts. They’ve lifted objects like anvils, pianos, and even entire buildings with ease (e.g., in "The Sound of Warners," they casually toss around massive props). They also overpower much larger characters, like security guards or villains, with minimal effort.
- **Toon Physics Advantage**: Their strength operates under "toon force," a cartoon logic where physical limits are irrelevant. They can stretch, squash, or manipulate reality (e.g., pulling mallets from nowhere or surviving explosions), making their effective strength limitless despite their size.
- **Versatility**: Unlike characters tied to specific powers (e.g., Superman’s Kryptonian strength), the Warners’ abilities are unbound by consistent rules, letting them adapt to any challenge. This makes their "pound for pound" strength arguably unmatched.

### Comparison to Other Contenders
- **Popeye the Sailor**: Popeye’s spinach-fueled strength lets him lift ships or punch out whales, but he’s a grown man (likely 150–200 pounds), so his pound-for-pound ratio is less impressive than the Warners’ childlike frames.
- **Bugs Bunny**: Another toon force user, Bugs can match the Warners’ reality-bending antics (e.g., lifting heavy objects or outsmarting physics). However, his feats are often more about cunning than raw strength, giving the Warners an edge in pure power displays.
- **Mighty Mouse**: A tiny superhero mouse, Mighty Mouse lifts buildings and fights giants, making him a strong contender. However, his feats are more grounded in superhero tropes, while the Warners’ unpredictable toon force gives them broader, less-defined limits.
- **Hercules (Disney)**: As a demigod, Hercules performs massive feats (e.g., lifting boulders or Titans), but his muscular build and larger size (likely 200+ pounds) lower his pound-for-pound ratio compared to the pint-sized Warners.

### Why They Win
The Warners’ combination of tiny size, reality-warping toon force, and consistent displays of overpowering larger objects or characters makes them exceptional. Their strength isn’t bound by physical or narrative constraints, unlike most other characters. For every pound of their small bodies, they output disproportionate, often incalculable power.

If you had a specific cartoon universe or character in mind, I could compare them directly or dig deeper into their feats!

Buggs Bunny. He never got killed while all of his nemeses’ plans were foiled. He could sing, dance, burrow, fly to outer space, conduct orchestra, and even once beat “the man” and made them build a freeway around his concreted rabbit hole. There’s no cartoon character he couldn’t outwit, outfox, or outplay.

Close second: Snoopy.
