What happened to the War in Ukraine thread?

Chicken finally wised up and closed it down because he didn’t want to be a part of the money laundering scheme anymore.

The Ukraine Bros scattered. Some went back to their mom‘s basement. The rest went on a group trip to have an all-bro gay orgy. I hear one of the activities is to hold onto each other’s penis with one hand with a picture of Zelinsky in the other, while maintaining eye contact through the edging process.

Did the recipients of massive kickbacks in Congress give up on it?

Zelenskyy went to the UK to beg for more $$.

All of the OTers who went over there to fight died so the thread didn’t have any traffic anymore.

People finally woke up and figured out we have no business nor is it in our best interest wasting resources over there

Is that still going on? I was told the safety of the free world is on the line over there. What happened?

My conspiracy theory is that after they nuked John Barron's account (who was a pro-Russia spammer) they realized that they also had a few pro-Ukraine spammers who just weren't as obvious about it.

The thread had little updates on the actual war because there isn't much going on outside of Russia gradually advancing, so it just became arguing and a witchhunt against anyone who had the unacceptable opinion of not wanting to send unlimited funds to Ukraine forever.

So given all of that, from a moderation perspective its easier just to nuke the thread and have the spammers quit than to try to parse who is actually a paid spammer and who isn't.

But it was probably just because the thread was nothing but arguing the merits of individual posters
