Turns out "what is a woman" isn't the only thing Justice Jackson has trouble wrapping her head around.

She may go down as the dumbest SCJ ever appointed. That will be perfect for the Biden Admin legacy!

That's all from one SC year.

I only made it a little past a minute.
Twitchy has a piece on it and the replies are glorious!

She was the dumbest SCJ in history the second she was confirmed. A true mockery of an already undermined court.

Yes, we can tell.

"I just don't understand" why anyone would listen to 4+ minutes of that. I got after a few seconds, but that just have been exhausting to put together.

I like this one

If I was this dumb, I’d shut up

This is a phrase passive aggressive people who think they know it all use to try to conceal their mental emptiness.

She is as dumb as a box of hammers.

I wish I didn't understand that DEI lunatic, but I do. The Supreme Court would almost certainly be better off if Brandon had simply picked a name out of a hat to be on the USSC as opposed to checking off buckets with this fool.
PS - Has anybody else ever had the thought that Sonia Sotomayor must feel like Jimmy Carter did when Brandon came along? KBJ makes Sotomayor almost seem competent (Imo, Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama were already worse than Carter, and W. Bush right there with them, but that's another topic for another day).

the other phrase she frequently uses is "I'm confused". Either phrase should not be used by one who is not considered to be intelligent.

I just wanna say there's WAY too many women on the SCOTUS

REPUBLICANS VOTED WITH DEMS TO CONFIRM HER
Posted on 6/26/25 at 9:42 am to Jbird
The problem with the supreme court.
When gop nominates it has to be a moderate who can get the votes of dems.
When dems nominate it is some radical with dei credentials that they shame the racccisst gop to vote for.
What you end up with are half radicals that vote for ANYTHING left, and half the court that can be swayed by the interpretation of the constitution.
This is inevitably making the court sway further left of center.
We applaud and jump up and down when the court rules on a simple constitutional issue, which should have been a slam dunk 9-0 decision.
A perfect example of the destruction dei causes.
