Addition by subtraction.

Hernandez contributed to this years team success.

Neal proved he could not have great success playing full time in the SEC. Win win for the Tigers.

I’m not proud of all the petty thoughts I’ve had since yesterday afternoon lol

Thought about all those kids who put themselves first and the ones who lied to the coaches about staying only to transfer out. Hope they enjoyed the cws

It’s nice to see that having character still matters in building a roster.

I'll be sure to let Bama know he isn't good enough to play in the SEC

Everyone who left only helped this team win a national championship.

Is he though?
Would he have had meaningful playing time?

Pretty sure they're aware after this year.

some players leave by choice, some players leave after having meetings with the head coach

no idea if he left or was told he didn't really have a spot on the team

This is a take for sure. Most guys won't make a living at this, but to think they are selfish for trying to get playing time to give themselves a shot is pretty dumb

Neal batted .219 with 3HR and 19RBI his year at Alabama. He started 40 games.

Whatever the reason he left, it was no loss to us.
