Those B-2's were designed decades ago primarily just for this mission.

Based on Iran’s response thus far, it appears the lesson didn’t take, so we’ll have to do it again tomorrow.

Little Rocket Man may be crazy, but he’s not nearly as crazy as the fanatics in Iran. He cares whether he lives or dies. The weird beards in Iran do not. They would be much more willing to actually use their nukes.

Why is this so hard for some of you to understand?

I completely understand this line of questioning and logic, but no. North Korea has posed pretty much zero threat to the US, whether that's physical safety to the homeland, being a thorn in our side in geopolitics and negotiating, ability and willingness to strike out at our bases or allies nearby (maybe South Korea counts here), sponsoring terrorism or militias, or sabotage in regards to our global markets like oil.

They are the Hermit Kingdom for a reason, they really don't pose any legitimate threat to anyone but the South Koreans just over the DMZ. Even then, it's a sort of poke and prod at them as an annoyance and not anything life or death. Lil Kim is really just a big softie deep down and doesn't seem to crave any sway or power outside of his own subjects admiring him
