Why can America, Israel, France, Pakistan, India et al have nukes but Iran can't?

One country in this list goes into other countries either openly or secretly and deposes entire governments and destabilizes countries for decades, but we're the nuke police?
It's insane that America picks and chooses which sovereign nations have to abide by rules they decide on.
If China said America wasn't allowed to have nuclear weapons and started bombing US sites, would that be within their rights? Of course not, and every Chinese warplane shot down and soldier killed you'd say has it coming.
This shite is nuts.
ETA: Just some clarification for the outrageous number of retards on this board. First, you're all an embarrassment to brains.
Second, remember when Bush made up WMD in Iraq and we invaded and spent trillions of dollars and lost thousands of Americans all based on bullshite and everyone said "wow that was a terrible idea". Well you're supporting it again, you dumb shits.

Because they openly say if they have them they will use them. They are openly offensive. And when you use nukes, it doesn’t just affect the country you bomb. Imagine if they hit Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, etc. could easily have adverse effects from it.
The other countries will all tell you they are for defense and an absolute last measure.

It’s different when you’re talking about Islamic Jihadists nut jobs that would use these to wipe out entire populations of people over religious differences. Other countries have these in place for defense, not offense.
