You have no seat at the table to question or complain about practice schedules, game schedules, or changes made to the schedules. You don’t like how it’s working then step up and take on some responsibility.

Thank you.

it is not about how i can help you, it is about how you can help my boy get the majors

If you aren't the man for the job, get ready for him to drop nukes on you next season

People who are directly affected by decisions that you make are not allowed to voice concern about these decisions?

If you're not a school teacher, are you allowed to express opinions on how your child is taught?

Exactly. And frick those parents who don't get off work in time to commit to coaching or that have to split their attention between watching 3 kids playing in different age brackets.

I’m so glad my kids don’t play on daddy ball teams where this is an issue.

Paid coaches and competitive level play solves all of this.

we had that when the kids were going up in Florida, and quite often the tournaments would be in three different towns

Can you imagine what it would look like if every player's parents were trying to be intimately involved in schedules? Goodness that would be terrible.

Might want to be careful what you ask for!

Maybe you should quit coaching so that a less psychotic individual would be forced to lead the team.
