My theory is Trump is positioning the rhetoric to make Iran think he is going to strike to force a deal.
His comments on Tulsi & with Tucker yesterday are out of the usual but I get the feeling Trump is trying to appear unpredictable.
I would bet behind closed doors, Tulsi and maybe eventually Tucker will understand this is a chess match and his rhetoric is how to force diplomatic solutions.
