Will sleeve tattoos be the new tribal/barbwire tattoos in 15 years?

Every 5th person has one now, and more and more women. It seems like we've reached critical mass.
What say the O-T, will we look back on it and (unfairly) judge them?

I predict tattoo removal will be a booming industry in a few years/

OT is obsessed with other people's tattoos.

It will become counter-culture to not have any tattoos.
Not an anti-tattoo guy and people are free to do what they want with their body but I can't understand the doodle pad style of tattoos that seems pretty popular.

Neck and face tattoos are edgy now.

This is where I am. I don't have any, but I can admire the ones that are real works of art. There are so many bad ones, though.

I think about stuff I did/said/etc. 2 years ago and cringe. And I'm not talking about my worst moments, just everyday things that in retrospect are lame. Probably like 90% of my posts on here, for example.
I can't imagine having things I thought were cool 5, 10, 20 years ago permanently written on myself

That’s why I only tat my genitals. Much less shame when it’s just the wife and I seeing my barbed wire.

They've been an "edgy" means of identifying the trash for several decades

Come on bro, we all know your wife isn’t looking at that thing

At least they used to get the community aspect of being part of a tribe

Would never hire someone with tattoos.

They already are. I’m looking at a guy with one at an upscale gym pool. Gross.

Seems that all criminals don't have neck and face tattoos but all that have neck and face tattoos are criminals.

I unfairly judge them now. tats are cliche and trashy. To each their own and all. But I can still judge the individual harshly for their individual trashy choices.

It's just a outward sign of mental illness and poor decision making skills. Obesity is another one.

I have a plastic surgeon friend of mine who’s been working on a minimal pain free technique for that for years

Who cares. If you want tats, get them. If you dont, dont.
My last few years in the military before retirement, I thought i was one of the few Combat Arms enlisted guys that wasn't sleeved out. Im glad I never went through that phase, but who cares. As long as they can be covered in a long sleeve shirt and pants, no big deal.
