Are you fricking kidding me? He hasn’t been sentenced yet but this is insane! Murderers and pedophiles get less than that!
How is some phony airline bookings this horrible damage to society?

He used the fake ID’s to avoid security and access secure areas of the airport. There is also the theft of the value of the tickets.

Yeah, 30 yrs. may be to much, but bypassing security at airports is a fairly big deal.

It's 10 years more than Maxwell.

Although in fairness she trafficked underage girls to nobody.

He did access secure areas in an airport which is a federal facility so the penalties are usually pretty harsh

They should fire whomever is in charge of flight integrity and hire this guy, obviously he's better than the ones employed to stop stuff like this.

Most of them don't have over 100 counts of the same offense...

I haven’t read too much but based on headlines this sounds overkill. Victimless crime aside from the lost revenues which probably added up over the course of the scheme. Some of the biggest fraudsters involved in Ponzi schemes who ruined millions of people’s retirements didn’t get as stiff of a penalty. This is like companies that hire hackers, they should be thankful that they’re now aware of it so they can close that security gap.

When the cops arrest a drug dealer, is a list of their drug customers required?

I'm playing. I'd like to see the list too.
