Currently looking to transfer all my 401k money into a roth ira. Who should I open a roth IRA account with. I have a brokerage account with robinhood right now and saw that they have a roth ira but I'm sure there are better companies for that. Looking for a good app interface too.
Thanks in advance.

You may need to rollover into a traditional IRA and then convert to a Roth.
I don’t think you can roll a standard 401k into a Roth without paying taxes.
Fidelity or Schwab are good.

People are very down on robinhood here overall here due to the whole fiasco from a few years back with meme stocks but I've used them for a long time now and think the perks on transferring retirement accounts in (3% match on the amount transferred if gold member) and the match they provide on new IRA contributions (3%) is pretty awesome
$7k/year matched at 3% is $210 extra into the IRA (And yes it's on top of your $7k contribution)
IF you have a fairly large 401k to transfer in 3% match will go a long way there too
I have an old ROTH IRA at etrade I'm contemplating transferring in which has about $15k in it. Would be another $450 they would match on that transferring it in

Some other good choices have been mentioned, but also check out Janus Henderson.

I hear the Stanford Group has some unbeatable rates for their CD’s

No complaints about Vanguard

Robinhood for the match. Fidelity if you're a boomer who "doesn't trust Robinhood"

Does fidelity allow IRA investment in bitcoin etf like IBIT. Vanguard does not if I recall.

What is the limit and what is the hold period before you can transfer out?

Only a fool would trust Robinhood after that they pulled with GameStop.

Maybe, but seems like I'd be the bigger fool to pass up 10s of thousands (plus growth) just to spite RH. I'm a buy and hold index investor. Don't see how pay for order flow is gonna affect me much.
I dont recall exact terms but to get/keep match you need to keep it there a few yrs and pay for their gold membership for first year. I have no reason to leave unless someone offers a better transfer incentive later.
