ETA: Ravech is downright awful on the games. And Perez is the worst color commentator they have.

With additional commentator mics in the booth and on the field and umpire mics, there will be upwards of 100 microphones available to capture the action in Omaha.

He’s also been calling the CWS since the 90s. Eduardo Perez, on the other hand….awful

As long as whoever it is does not say Velo every two seconds I’ll he happy. Don’t know why ESPN was on that kick last year but it was annoying.

Talked to Perez last night in DFW airport.
I asked him about the game here he hit a HR off Randy Johnson and then later in the same game hit one off of Mariano Rivera.
