If this is factual, it won't be hard to identify the NGO's. They should be defunded and every possible attack/hindrance by the federal government should be launched against them.

Come on man. 1.5M people aren't sitting in Mexico for 3 years waiting to come to the U.S. I hunt in Mexico and pass through towns/cities. I do business from time to time in Mexico City.
I can assure you they don't have the infrastructure and social services to take care of their own citizens much less 1.5M additional people. They just don't.

Sic those 87,000 extra IRS agents to do cavity searches on all of them. Pull their tax exempt status and arrest officers of these organizations for fraud (hint, this is all low hanging fruit).

The best strategy would be to shut down the border. Immediately halt all money payments to be made to Mexico unless cleared by the FBI.
