BRPD Chief TJ Morse said he’s been in talks with producers for a television series called “On Patrol: Live.” The show includes live broadcasts of ride alongs with police departments from all across the country. Morse believes it would be a great way to showcase what his officers do on a normal shift.
“This is going to give people a chance to see and have a front seat view of what our officers do every night and the awesome work they do,” said Morse.
He said it won’t just show off their patrol units either. Morse wants to highlight more of his department’s resources the community might not get to see too often.
“I’m excited about the prospect of this tv show just for the branding of the department, letting everybody see what we got from our technology, drones and real time crime center, to our detectives, K9s, and SWAT team out there doing their thing,” explained Morse.

I love the show, but it always puts a black eye on the city itself and they quickly break contract. Good luck.

Didn't know that show was still airing. Live PD used to be so much fun and the threads on here were a lot of fun as well.
Don't remember what happened but when they cancelled it and tried to bring it back, it just wasn't the same.
I'd be interested to know which area of BR they'd be showing on the show. Not sure it'd be the best idea to show the hoods like Dixie, park town, oak town, etc etc.

Dan Abrams brought it to Reelz and rebranded it as OnPatrol Live. It’s available in real-time on Peacock and they have 3 years of back episodes.
It’s still quite good.

That show sucked after the black guy ran from the cops and wrecked his car with an unsecured 3 year old in the back seat.
