4 out of the last 10 Illinois Governors went to prison. Last one Rod Blagiovich served 8 of 14 year sentence before Trump pardoned him for selling Obama's Senate seat.

I think they are thinking a "sitting" governor cannot be arrested, however they would be wrong.
