Over 6,000,000 people in California voted for Trump in 2024.

30 states have entire populations less than that number.

There are a lot of people in California.

If they’re still in CA, they are idiots. They need to move to a Red State.

It's not that simple. People have jobs/careers and moving to another state can mean starting all over in mid life, which affects not only current income but your future in terms of planning for retirement. If they have children moving to another state means leaving behind friends and changing schools. .

The adult population in California is 25 million. Democrats make up 46% of the electorate and 25% is made up by Republicans.

That 6 million is nothing.

CA is pretty awesome (as are Oregon and Washington). I bought my MAGA hat in August 2015 and I would only want to live on the Pacific coast. Life is just better out here.

Your points are valid bro.

Still, there comes a point where remaining in place becomes grossly irresponsible. I'm glad you reached a proper junction in time and convenience to make your exodus.

In my case I waited until I retired. And as I've written on here before, we moved literally the next day. House was already sold, packed, and waiting for the moving van.

And in retrospect, it was the right decision to wait, at least in terms of our children and our finances.

But they will never elect a Republican Governor , if they tried the election results would be rigged.

This is why 'winner take all laws' are a corruption of the electoral college.

Without that these people's votes would at least get heard.

Sometimes you have to make hard choices. Is all that worth staying for if you lose your life, or the lives of children or get burned out of your home by rioters? At some point all of things you mention can be taken away by events beyond an individual’s ability to protect or defend. They cannot vote their way out of this because the majority supports the rioters.

Prob not legal votes.

He won the popular vote against a make America California candidate.

Crazy, California is less popular than Trump.
