It reminds me of that great old summer we had in 2020.

I'm mad we're trying to restore order in Cali with fed resources. I don't think that state deserves the attention, and counties that are unprepared should burn the frick down to the last 2x4.

Trump should tell Newsome he's terminating the National Guard and ICE there and let the place just go fricking nuts. Give us something really entertaining to watch.

I question whether this is going to really expand too much. California likely has the highest percentage of hispanic radicals by far, elsewhere they're largely non-existent. In most of the country, I don't expect hispanic folks to be lighting stuff on fire.

I'm also not sure that black folks in urban areas can be brought around to the cause in the same way as 2020 for obvious reasons.

Which leads to the fact so many miss from 2020 and other periods of unrest - the folks that light the fuse are usually "professional" white, degenerate, gutter punks. Subhuman trash who've made this their life's work, often bankrolled and supported by your local Planned Parenthood, UU (or mainline) church, legal aid office, college, etc. (and often the same people). They're radicalism for radicalism's sake. They exploit the other groups and try to get them to do their bidding for #s.

I'm just not sure it's going to work this time, as all of the above are in abundance in LA but not necessarily elsewhere (white radicals, hispanic radicals, looters of opportunity). Black dudes in the hood don't care about intersectionalism.

You'll get some bites because people are so desperate for progressives to argue with here, but it's really low effort

If those "folks" were US citizens, you would have a point. But immigration enforcement is an unquestionably federal responsibility. That power is not left up to the states.

They're rolling in there as a response to the protests. You're getting everything jumbled up.

not everyone is a anarchist, whether libertarian or Marxist flavor variety.

We need a strong state. There is no other way to achieve goals such as deportations and border security, law and order to stop the looting, and crushing the left

They wouldn't be rolling in there if these were just protests. They are protecting federal agents (another federal duty).

I have been stocking up for years. Anybody needs extra just let me know.

To any LEOs reading this thread that was not an offer of assistance in any crime. I would never knowingly break the law. Also I would never willing share ammo with strangers. They have to buy me a case of beer first.
