If they are illegal, and/or a criminal immigrant, I desperately want ICE to detain them.
If they are not a criminal and have any kind of legal status and are working themselves through the process, this is abhorrent.
Both scenarios are happening.
No American should like warrantless arrests carried out by guys in masks with no identifying elements related to their segment of law enforcement.
The funniest part of all of this is that the only people being arrested are the ones showing up to court or work. Basically, if you are doing things the right way and/or working hard to provide for yourself & your family, that enhances your profile as a target for ICE.
Do you think the rapists & murderers are going to court or to work? How about we prioritize getting those guys.

This has become abundantly apparent about most people crying over due process. They want slow process so lawyers can drag every case out for years, completely gum up the judicial system and make it impossible to undo mass illegal immigration. Criminals, terrorists and all. One of our esteemed Supreme's said it openly, "success" at deporting illegal aliens should take time. But definitely not success at re-opening the floodgates when that time comes; they'll fly from around the world in a commercial jet at the speed of sound.

Very good point. The answer is it's difficult. Most cops will go for the low hanging fruit to score quick victories.

I do not care about their legal status or the way they’re treated. If they are illegally in our country, they have no rights and they have to go right now in your opinion what kind of rights should this illegal have?

They are warrantless dipshit. They have orders of removal by a federal magistrate or have a warrant for a crime. Everyone that is detained goes before a judge.
If they have final orders of removal then ICE deports them.

Remember the judge that got arrested for trying to help the illegal escape? He was in court for assaulting 2 people, including a woman.
They are in court because they committed crimes. They weren't on a field trip to see government in action.
Is beating 2 people until they had to go to the hospital OK because it's not rape or murder? What other crimes should we let illegals get away with?
