In no particular order.

Kirk Gibson had two....

Both essentially clinched the Title, one paralyzed the A's for the rest of the series, the other ended it for the Padres.

Sparky: "He don't wanna walk you! He (Gossage) don't wanna walk you!

Homerun to right, Series over...Sparky: "Yeah! Don't walk him! Don't walk him! (That's what you get).

Gibsons was the most Dramatic, but hitting one to win a WS is the most important.

I always loved Pujols 2005 NLCS homer. It wasn't really like a monumental home run, but the Astros had sucked forever, crowd was insane that they were about to go to WS, I think up 2 in last inning, they walk Jim Edmonds after 1-2 count, David Eckstein got his typical pesky ground ball btwn 1st and 2nd. Very nonchalant, crowd still cheering, then Pujols takes Brad Lidge 480 over the train in Left Field. Went from stunning loud to a pin drop. Had no effect as Stros won series anyway. But a badass homer.

I went to Game 6 of the World Series Yankees vs Marlins probably a week and a half after that Boone homer. Yankees had 0 runs and 2 hits that game. Friend's dad had a private plane we flew from Shreveport to somewhere near New York. Friend's dad ended up being a piece of shite and beat his wife and stole from business he and his brother owned.

I feel 100% confident that I do not think Aaron Boone is the manager for the Yankees without that home run. I think that is the catalyst.

Mazeroski's walk-off

Has to be this one. It was Game 7 of the World Series.

That beats a pennant winner or a Game 6.
