They don’t bother me as much as the people who drive around everyone and then violently cut people off, in order to take an on ramp somewhere. Like Siegen and the lane that gets you onto 10W to go into BR, and many other places. Just wait in the damn line.

That crap started after Katrina and 100% of the inconsiderate jackass drivers doing it are NOLA transplants.
And the 2nd thing the NOLA trash fricked up for BR residents took place within the first 24 hours after they arrived:

Had a guy riding the shoulder of I-12W around Airline today at 4pm for a good mile , and of course was allowed to get in the left lane.

This is at every major intersection in the parish. Nothing will change until police sit at these intersections and start ticketing people.
