Betrayed is a strong word. Kept Kamala out of office was my first concern. Doge cuts should be implemented though. But the money has to go somewhere. And it’s not going to debt reduction (not saying that it should go to corrupt politicians).

Johnson is probably one of them. Just saw a clip and he was asked about this tweet and Johnson claims there’s no disrespect towards Elon but also mentioned they cut the EV subsidy and Elon isn’t happy. Don’t know how true that is but just saw it a few mins ago and haven’t looked into it yet. I support Elon but if true those incentives for EVs do need to go away.

EV subsidies hurts the mainstream autos far more than tesla. They were basically created to give Tesla competition by giving massive incentives for non Tesla companiee to buile EV infrastructure.
This helps tesla long term as they already have the far superior network, service, and self driving.

We need a Speaker who won’t let omnibus bills on the floor. Single issue bills only. But that’ll never happen because a Speaker who did that would never get appointed.
