One thing I noticed about Evans that I didnt see with other pitchers who struggled, confidence from the start. Evans never looks like the moment is too big.
Cooper Williams pitched well
But the moment he came into the game he looked wide eyed and terrified. He settled finally. But Cowan, and the slew of wild arms Sunday night all had poor body language and mechanics.

People tend to have poorer body language when they don't pitch as well. Cowan looked fine until he started walking people in the 2nd inning.

When he walked off the field and crowd went nuts…..best part of the night asides from winning.
