As sad as it is the first thing that popped in my mind was did she do it for social media thinking worst case she just falls into the water and survives.

I don't have that sort of confidence but I doubt it would be fatal for everyone. I think people survive falling 160 feet onto ground sometimes, somehow.
I'm sure she didn't exactly have control over her body and didn't land optimally. How long would a 160 foot fall be in terms of seconds?
