Yesterday, I ordered a biscuit with hash browns through the McDonald’s app. I went through the drive-thru, gave them my mobile order, and they told me they were out of hash browns. I asked if I could get a refund or swap it for something else. They came back and said, “Our mistake, we actually do have hash browns.” So I grabbed my bag, drove off, and felt like an idiot when I realized, while already on the highway, they never gave me the hash browns. That wasn’t a mistake. They knew exactly what they were doing, and I got irrationally angry. Probably be a year before I get suckered into going to McDonald’s again.

Its not cheap anymore. We do get angry. But we dont disrespect the workers.

I don’t have high expectations for anyone to give a shite about their minimum wage jobs, so no.

My biggest gripe is when they ask you what sauces you want, print them out on the receipt, tape the receipt to the bag and don't put them in there.

I rarely, usually only when traveling, go to FF, my expectations are very low., and I never, ever, eat TB. That meat is what's left after they make vienna sausage.
