I spent a few years working on a locked unit with patients that were more mentally sound than some of these individuals.

Medicare is a federal program for seniors 65 and older. Medicaid is for those under 65 who have physical limitations and are disabled like myself and cannot work. I have dental coverage in Michigan through a insurance company via medicaid.
