80% of HR employees are women, why is that?

Since HR have been taken over by women

>prospects need to go through a minimum 3 Interviews

>The number of HR personnel for a company skyrocketed

>Work place culture has been destroyed

>They post fake job ads to make themselves appear busy

>They have no idea what the job actually need since they aren’t managers nor deal with that sector

>They use AI to screen resumes and throw out tons of qualified prospects because they are too lazy to actually do their job

because women love drama and HR gets direct access to all the drama - why an employee was fired, why an employee is on an performance improvement plan, why an employee's brother/sister/son/daughter bombed an interview and dint get hired, which employee complained about another's inappropriate behavior, etc.

Not entirely true…

They handle all benefits, time off , internal HRIS systems, etc….

Insurance, benefits, etc aren’t just magically produced… a lot of back and forth with carriers and the system that they are integrated with. Reconciliation, invoices, etc. etc…

Because men don’t like babysitting and dealing with drama from stupid employees.

Women, on the other hand, enjoy these things even if they don’t admit it.

The civil rights act and everything legally protective of specific groups thereafter exploded the HR departments. Another added cost of this legislation that is absorbed ultimately by the consumer.

Accounting is male dominated. With auditing and compliance, it depends on what you mean by auditing and compliance. The actual useful auditing and compliance, as in the auditing and compliance to determine that a business isn't committed fraud and is paying their bills, is done by men. Auditing and compliance to determine that a business has enough DEI is done by women.

…..or one of your employees steals all your money because you don’t have good audit or accounting systems in place.
