Replying to @RepLaMonica
Your lawful oversight responsibility includes throwing punches? Cry harder.

quote:

First note: Video footage documented Rep. McIver (seen in red) assaulting and obstructing federal officers. Video

Second note: Nowhere in the house rules is committing violence listed as a lawful oversight responsibility. Further, there is video proof of your violent behavior and striking the ICE agents.

At the very least, she is seen pushing and shoving officers, trying to get inside the compound.

A key feature of this particular model is they are never responsible for their own actions, it is some other model's fault.

You need to be in solitary without trial like the J6ers.

Congressional Black Caucus rallies around McIver after ‘bogus charges’ brought for ICE visitation

The Congressional Black Caucus decried the assault charges filed against member Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-N.J.), announced Monday by New Jersey’s top federal prosecutor following an altercation between the congresswoman and ICE officials at a detention center in Newark.

Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.), chair of the caucus, said the charges are “shameful and entirely without merit.”

“These bogus charges are nothing short of a cowardly attempt to intimidate members of Congress from holding this administration accountable,” Clarke said in a statement.

“Ultimately, these efforts will fail, because House Democrats and the Congressional Black Caucus will never bend the knee to the Trump administration.”

Clarke vowed that the CBC will hold President Trump and his administration accountable, including “standing up against these attempts at congressional intimidation, bullying, and extreme abuses of power.” LINK

zilch in terms of personal accountability. It would've (personally) gone a long way with me had she said "things got out of hand and I'm sorry for putting my hands on the ICE agent".

Now that you want to push the envelope, good luck.

I can anticpate what SFP would say to her if he were her lawyer:

"STFU, don't talk to the cops, press, or colleagues about this. You are making it worse".

Pretty much what any lawyer would tell a retard like this.

So I, personally, look forward to many many more statements from her and her staff.

It needed to be done.

But don't think the TCPs won't be taking advantage of this. All the buzzwords and rallies are lined up, ready to leave go. The pulpit pimps have their marching orders as well.
