yes

I know of a case that is documented where a catcher had issues with his pitcher and was cut from the minors for telling the hitters what was coming

The pitcher was a kid from LA

There were long-standing rumors that Mike Piazza was telling American League hitters every pitch he was calling when he caught Roger Clemens in the 2004 All-Star Game. Clemens got humiliated in front of his hometown Houston fans allowing four extra base hits including two HRs and six ER in an inning of work.

In “Ball Four” Jim Bouton related that Tommy Davis, who was a star and a hellacious hitter for the Dodgers before he broke an ankle and lost his speed, was playing for the Mets against the Dodgers in Game 162 in 1967, the game was absolutely meaningless for both teams (the Dodgers were 9 games below .500 and the Mets were 21 games below), and Davis needed a hit to get over .300, so he asked the Dodger catcher John Roseboro, who was a former teammate and buddy, what was coming and Roseboro said sure and told him and he got a double and got his .300 average.

It checks out in the box score of that game. I have zero problem with it, two bad teams just wanted to get the SOB over with and go home and a buddy did a favor for a buddy.

Don't know if the catcher told him, but Denny McClain grooved one for Mickey Mantle.

I assume that's taunting the batter. "I'll tell you what the pitch is and you still won't be able to hit it."

Denny McLain used to love telling the story of the last time he pitched to Mickey Mantle. Here's Mick telling it...

I had a teammate in high school who played OL that gave up a sack on purpose because he and the QB were after the same girl.

In a turnaround, Sandy Koufax once told Hank Aaron he was going to throw him a fastball.
It was a 3-2 count, and Aaron had fouled off several pitches.
Then Koufax said (roughly), "All right, Henry, I'm tired of these foul balls. I'm going to throw my best fastball, and either you'll hit it out or strike out, but there won't be any more foul balls".

Yes

Last time I remember it being talked about. Was during the steroid era. One being the pitcher for. Astros. Who would groove. Meatballs to Sammy Sosa during he and macs home run, slugfest.

I believe he left atros for dodgers, and his wife had huge fake titties. I'm sure that picture still exists

He didn't just groove meatballs. He served them up on a silver platter for sammy

Out of the 10's of millions of pitches that have been thrown in MLB I think the easy answer to OP is Yes.
