Plant workers of Tigerdroppings, how much do Maintenance Boilermakers make out here?

Cousin of mine is moving from California to Lake Charles. He's a journeyman Boilermaker looking for work.
I guess Turner and Brown & Root have most of the contracts out here.
Any idea how they pay (per hour) maintenance boilermakers at your plant and who has the contract there?

Is he going to join a union or non-union?
Will he hit the turnaround circuit traveling or something local/stable?
Per diem is about $112 avg in SWLA (paid out to company)
I need to pull my data, I got it on everything, but I want to say mid 40s from memory if working in the plants.

If this was the OT people would start threads asking how much different plant jobs pay.

$250k mi-ni-mum
(1000 hours of OT required***)

Maintenance $36 to 42.
Turnaround $ 38 to 45 and per diem $100 to 125. Lots of overtime.

Refined.
I am about to load my box and drag up if they don't drop the movie they have been teasing forever. They have been promising it longer than the girl in the toolroom has been promising me a blowjob.

A Boilermaker made a career salary of ~$270 million:

About twice as much as they spend at titty bars.

Contractors 35/45hr plus per diem if I remember correctly. In house mechanics/maintenance probably 35-55/hr.

It’s fairly easy for plant workers to log 1000 hours on the OT if they’re willing to give up nap time.

You’ll get that soon as she finds a left handed crescent wrench for you

The funny thing about that particularly joke is left and right-handed adjustable wrenches do indeed exist. I have more than one of each and live for the day somebody hits me with the "get me a left handed Crescent wrench" though I honestly don't know if Crescent actually ever made them but it needs the small "c" requirement.
I don't have a retort to smoke benders or board stretchers, though.
