Mexican Navy Ship Strikes Brooklyn Bridge, Emergency Response is Underway

"A Mexican Navy training ship crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday night, leading to a significant emergency response. The collision caused the ship's masts to snap and necessitated a search and rescue operation. At least two people are reported to be in critical condition following the incident."

Mexico has no external threats it can handle, no matter how much it invests in a navy.
If the adversary is worth a shite Mexico can’t do anything
Also If the adversity is worth a shite the US will be all over it so the Mexican navy wouldn’t matter
I guess if there is some squabble with another South American country where the us stays neutral it would be worth having a vessel that can not crash into a structure in its own hemisphere
