ATF agent makes a house visit to inspect some guns… homeowner calls the cops…

Basically, if you purchase too many guns at one time, the ATF can come and see if you still have them.
This home owner calls the cops on this ATF agent and says someone is impersonating an officer.

I didn't see the tasting in the video. They talked about tasing, but that wasn't in the vid.
That's also really dumb by the cops, they could have asked him for ID instead of bumrushing him like he was an axe murderer on a rampage.

I am very pro law and order but that was a bunch of dumbassery on both sides.
The guy who wants to find your guns versus the guy who wants to write you for pulling out of Rouse's without a complete stop. I prefer to respectfully not deal with either.

If you purchase more than one handgun in a single transaction the FFL sends ATF a 3310.4. If they show up to your home you can tell them to frick off. They can’t come in without a warrant. It’s a a custodial interview. Happened to me once. They will ask you if you still have the handguns and can they see them.
I politely told them unless they had a warrant to leave my property. They left and never heard from them again.

I don't know about everywhere, but I know in Ascension Parish, if you purchase more than 2 pistols (handgun as well as AR pistol) in less than a 7 day time span, that FFL has to notify the Sheriff's off ice of the sale.
So, complete paperwork and transfer 1 today and the next one 8 days later.
