it is funny because qatar-a-lago sounds like mar-a-lago. It is a play on words. Trump got a plane from qatar and his home is mar-a-lago. So they took both of those facts and made the word qatar-a-lago. Now that you understand the joke, I bet you find it to be a lot funnier

If Trump has the plane flown out to the USA it will be funny. "A gift to the DoD " doesn't happen like this though. But what do I know?
