Or any grocery store in Mandeville.... I don't see these price reductions locally yet and not sure why.

Just to be clear, I think this means that prices are not increasing at the former rate.

I sure haven’t really noticed decreases at the stores except for eggs going back down.

Sweet. Grocery prices dropped .4%. So if I spend 1,000 bucks a month on groceries, I can save 4 bucks. Winning.

You might be the dumbest motherfricker on here. Didn't say I wanted half-price. But MAGA sheep shouldn't come on here touting this as some huge fricking win. Want to know why the overall dropped? Egg prices that dropped 12.7%. That is the driver of this "huge" drop. But sure CAD, continue to suck at the MAGA teet.

It certainly has been inconsistent. I've noticed meat prices are back down to somewhat reasonable prices, except for ground beef. For some reason ground beef is crazy expensive right now. Ground Chuck at the local Walmart was $11 per pound. Which is crazy considering that I bought prime Angus Ribeye for $13 per pound the same day (different store).

Eggs have come down a good bit, still a little elevated, but normalizing. Fruits and veg are definitely cheap since we're getting into season.

Packaged foods are still out of control. Things like potato chips are comically expensive.

It's getting better, but there's still a good way to go.

Egg prices are so high! Trump is doing nothing about cost of eggs. Have tou seen the cost of eggs? What is Trump doing about the cost of eggs? Why is Trump letting us be crippled by the cost of eggs. The cost of eggs is out of control!

egg prices drop significantly

Well grocery costs only fell because the costs of eggs dropped a lot. You MAGA sheep are judt pre-programmed bots repeating the same lines.

Trump has zero control over the cost of eggs. I was simply pointing out that since egg supply has stabilized, that price has fallen which was the primary contributor to the paltry decrease in the grocery store price.

One thing that has stood out to me is that I don’t think bananas went up in price at all during the past four years of craziness.
