I don't have anything against the guy, but "The Pope's brother" has gotten more mileage out of a sibling getting a high office of anyone since Billy Carter.

Certainly a fair point, but this guy is everywhere all of a sudden - quite publicly. Surely, the Biden family was very "fortunate" over his many years of service, but this cat's brother has been Pope for like 16 hours and he's everywhere.
