You know what I think?

For the longest time, as men and women we have had this defined set of roles that we more or less fall under - provider, housemaker, etc and these roles were reinforced by the men who won WWII for us and the women who helped make it happen by keeping the home front rolling along.

Right now we are seeing a big pendulum swing in the opposite direction where things like homosexuality are becoming more "mainstream"/accepted (which is a good thing IMO - acceptance and tolerance is what we are missing) but it's getting thrust into our faces so hard that everyone is tired of it. We are experiencing a similar pendulum swing with college athletics, but I believe it will all even itself back out. Same with tariffs (although I'm still kinda scratching my head over how this is being done - I don't want this to become political).

I know none of this is a secret or some new knowledge that I alone am privvy to, but I just want to say that as humans - let's just keep putting one foot in front of the other and trying to do the next right thing, practice some tolerance and acceptance and open-mindness, and move forward confidently that God (or whoever you believe in) has got this.
