they'd better watch it, because they may be first on the hit list of a civil war. This country is getting very close to cross a line it will not come back from. There are far more conservatives with guns then nutbag, blue haired, fat progressives.

When has the Supreme Court extended the right to counsel to immigration proceedings? Gideon v. Wainwright did no such thing. This is an unprecedented ruling.

Goal of the left is to tie up the legal system for at least 2 years (congressional midterms) with the goal of tying it up for 4 years and out wanting trumps presidency.
If they win midterms, it will be 2 years of impeachment circus
The current Congress needs to pass a reconciliation budget that defunds the lower federal judgeships. Let the CoA and USSC handle all the Federico judicial load…..that will force the USSC to expedite the reigning in if the lower courts.
