Step back into the vibrant era of the Roaring '20s and experience the thrill of flight aboard the legendary EAA Ford Tri-Motor. As the pioneer of luxury air travel, the Ford Tri-Motor revolutionized global transportation, ushering in the golden age of commercial aviation. Embark on our tour, guided by passionate volunteers eager to share the captivating stories of this historic aircraft.
Our tour, generously supported by our chapters and volunteers, welcomes families to explore the intricacies of the Ford Tri-Motor and learn about our organization's mission. Viewing the aircraft is complimentary, so don't forget to bring your camera along.
Proceeds from the Ford Tri-Motor tour directly contribute to covering maintenance and operational expenses, ensuring the continued flight of the beloved "Tin Goose" for generations to come.

Are they going to have period appropriate Stewardesses on the plane serving drinks? Can I smoke and ash my cig in the seat handle ashtrays? These are things I need to know?
And pics of said Stews please.

I'm a sucker for this stuff. I rode I'm the b25 when it was here and a p51 and a Stearman twice. The p51 was the best the guy flew me inverted and let me do a barrell roll.

That's a pretty cool experience even for a short period of time. I think I might do this for my dad.

We put my dad in a P51 Mustang for his 60th birthday. Pilot went up, did some barrel rolls and some other acrobatic moves.

I don't think $105 is too out of line.
I'm sure the EAA logo will bring some concern...

Fun fact: legendary Notre Dame coach Knute Rockne died in the crash of a Fokker trimotor. The notoriety led to the demise of both the Ford and Fokker trimotors in the US, although the Fokker remained in use as an airliner in Europe and as a Luftwaffe transport through the end of WWII.

Not only rode on this plane, but worked as a volunteer at the Osh Kosh air show several years ago. Great historical artifact.

I rode on this one a few years ago and thought it was well worth the money. I've been an airplane fan since I was a little kid (dad had a Piper J4 and later a Cessna 170) plus I worked in aerospace for many years, so I was a natural for it.

It was here where I live about a year and a half ago. I got to see it flying around several times. Kind of regret not going on the flight on it.

if i'm taking a chance to die in one of those old planes it's going to be a B-17 or P-51

Cool stuff, but after what happened in Dallas I'm hesitant to get on one of these old birds.
Hell, my wife won't even let me fly in single engine planes.

In that case, she is your husband.
Simply making that comment in public should be cause for some deep reflection on all the poor choices you made in life that brought you to this moment.
