This shite is impossible to keep track of, especially for domestic manufacturers.

Absolute circus.

Perhaps it’s a show of good faith. Did that ever occur to you?

I’d say it’s less about “winning” and more about getting the best deal possible for Americans.

Can anyone argue when the dust settles, America won’t have better trade deals than we had this time last year?

Meanwhile, inflation is the lowest it has been in a half decade. Prices have not gone up and gas prices are about to fall off a Cliff.

Trump is terrible

The low-info tards in these threads have never negotiated for even a used Nissan Sentra.

Hey Blue, can I make a suggestion here? I know they're cheap to replace, but no point in wearing your keyboard out on this.

No amount of simple logic 101 can cure a delusionally raging TDS sufferer.

I'm feeling trolled right now. I can't tell. I'm withholding my upvote pending a response.

If he makes no exemptions then he's playing hardball, if he makes exemptions then it's a show of good faith. The man can do no wrong!

Can someone explain to me how the party of “the ends justify the means” and “by any means necessary” can’t see the forest for the trees regarding tariffs?

Or anything else for that matter? Actually, never mind.

Turns out nuking one of the biggest American companies is not good business. If we were earnest about bringing this kind of manufacturing, just have congress pass a law with a 5 year lead up to the tariff and all the sudden you will have rabid reshoring because passed legislation has more permanency than EOs made during emergency/war power presidency.

So no more factories to bring back jobs? They gave up that quickly?

So where did you get your headline from?

Looking up those numbers from the link.

That’s Thailand.

It’s like mini circuits that go into computers, printers, fax machines, etc.

One of those sections is all parts for fax machines.

China says they won't raise their tariffs anymore than 125%. We respond with this for some crucial things that will help push those companies to move forward with moving their fabs. And your TDS says Trump blinked first?? Ya...

This is a tit for tat kind of game. And it's not even halftime yet.

It's funny how you can tell who on here never touched a board room to even just watch how business negotiations go.
