How do we know someone wasn't arrested? He didn't say there would be a huge announcement of an arrest. People get arrested all the time with no media releases.

We don’t know that someone wasn’t arrested either. Yes, there was the pre announcement from Musk and these pre announcements are useless if you don’t see the follow through. It happens all the time and in the case of Musk, he didn’t need to do it for clicks…..so who knows if anyone was actually arrested.
On my list of worries, this isn’t high on the list.
