Thats why I love the Japanese.
They believe a father should be in every household. There are very strict moral rules on how families are raised and a father being present in every household is one of them.
They even have very strong relationships with their stepchildren because of the seriousness of the task. But this requires everyone wanting the same positive outcome.

But Shohei is incredible. I think he's arguably the best player in the history of Major League baseball. Obtw, during the ceremony President Trump told Shohei, "You look like a movie star."
