If someone else says “Align” one more time it’s knuck checking time

This word is my new arch nemesis. Making sure we are aligned! Do we have alignment? Lets align! Dude omg I can’t take it anymore. Is everyone just a professional actor? Acting like they care about all this corporate BS. shite is draining man. I just want to own a pizza joint on the beach that operates at a loss, but I can still afford to live somehow. Is that too much to ask for?
Can the old heads here let me know what office jobs were like before computers and Microsoft office were a thing? Seems like everyone was just walking around smoking cigarettes/cigars, drinking whiskey, and hitting on the secretaries.

I tell truckers all day we can work together if we can align on rates. That's my way of saying I need a backhaul quote without actually saying it. It's much quicker than typing out "If you can cover this at a rate where both our margins can stay in line......." Sorry brother. Just easier to say Align.
