Joe Rogan is concerned about the "innocent gay hairdressers - lumped up with the gangs."

For the record, I hate the case with the Turkish girl based on what we know.

I don't like the Khalil situation, but it's a little murkier. If .gov has good evidence he has provided material support for Hamas, toss him. If it's just words, I don't like it. That's Israel first.

On Tren de Aragua, I hate to say it, but if 200 foreign gang thugs were properly deported and one or two good eggs wound up on the mix, that's the way the ball bounces. But, there is also a part of me that feels there must be some review of the executive/administrative process.

Well for starters, wasn’t Venezuela refusing to take them. That’s what should and will happen IMO.

I'm ok with collateral damage of non-citizens. And I don't care if gang members from other countries get due process.

My bait is full.

If he was here legally and working, he would have filed his 2023 or 24 tax returns right? I would wager that 0% of gang bangers file taxes. Does he have a paper trail to the US Treasury? Should be easy to find out.

when many of us bitched and called you tards for not literally protesting and demanding the patriot act be dissolved, u morons gave away more rights.

they can keep them and American citizens as long as they want, w/o any charges, while using the patriot act.

thank you frickhead W, Odummy

I’m opposed to innocent people being incarcerated but this is what happens when you are trying to clean up the mess caused by years of open borders.

Correct. And any innocent collateral damage, like all the horrendous crimes committed against American citizens that the gangs are responsible for, are on you.

They shouldn't be in our country at all. I don't care what happens to them. They should self deport or get sent to El Salavdor.

So if some gay hairdresser got caught up in this, how did it happen? What was he doing associated with TDA?

I find it hard to believe, and even harder to believe he was totally innocent - he was associating with the gang at a minimum

Anyone who is an immigrant should be sent back. Simple as that. Rogan is an unhinged leftist that is trying to hijack MAGA.

Non-citizens should not have the rights as citizens. And illegal aliens should have even fewer than that.

If you came illegally, then either return home on your own or risk being sent elsewhere not of your choice.

Don't hang around with illegals, or criminals, or, worse, illegals who are criminals.

I agree with your sentiments Bunk...although, I don't dispute that the Secretary of State has the unfettered power to revoke visas and green cards.

Khalil and Ozturk didn't engage in any violence. Neither of them were trying to trick the US government. IF this were a legal matter subject to a jury trial, I have little doubt that neither would be found guilty of supporting terrorism or being a national security threat.

My problem is the unnecessary cruelty and show of force. Khalil is married to an American who is pregnant. Ozturk was a Fulbright Scholar who has studied in this country for many years. She is wrapping up her PhD program.

Why not give them notice that their "papers" were being revoked and let them self-deport? Why spend all the money to imprison them and ship them off hundreds of miles away to Louisiana?

Oh, I guess we know why. To show that wrong think, even if it's not in support of terrorists, won't be tolerated.

Once again you confuse US Citizens with guests allowed to come to the United States to study not make a nuisance of themselves. They are no different than the alcoholic uncle you toss out for being an arse at Thanksgiving and ban him from ever coming over again. As for the TDA person, he was here illegally and I am pretty sure there is a dossier on him.
