That's the problem with the Canadian system. They CAN'T. Unlike our system where that would be an interstate commerce/foreign trade issue regulated by the Federal government, Alberta would have to get permission from British Columbia to build a pipeline through their province, which B.C. won't grant. That's why the Keystone XL was such a big deal to Alberta.

Good. This isn’t and has never been just because or about the Canadian people specifically. Their government is full of commie lunatics. And they border us. We are simply destroying their bullshite before it completely takes that country out. Have a leader and a government that isn’t directly responsible with destroying the country of its citizens and we’ll see what happens. Until then frick that government.
